Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on Photo Gallery, operated by XINGZHI INTERNATIONAL TRADING CO., LIMITED.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 96 hours after payment is successfully received.

Orders are not usually processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

- Australia
- United States
- Canada

If your country or region is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 15–35 days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by:

- Customs clearance
- Local postal or carrier delays
- Public holidays
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping information
- Peak season delays

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Fees may vary depending on destination, product weight, shipping method and order value.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email when available.

Please note that tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is delayed, returned or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we may not be able to offer a refund. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at aion949@hotmail.com. We will assist in checking the shipment status with the carrier.
